Kundalini Yoga, Expression dance, Frequency/sound journeys, and Mythic Storytelling—activating profound states of awareness, embodiment and higher consciousness.

Through mantra, breath, meditation, and dynamic movement, you’ll awaken
the deeper layers of your being and explore the archetypal map of the
soul, evolving from individual awareness, into the unified energy of the collective consciousness
